Terms & Conditions

These terms govern both your use of learnsmith.my and appointments at Vella Lash & Brow Studio, operated by Vella Beauty Studio Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202301186442 (1517209-V)), 23-1, Jalan Telawi 3, Bangsar Baru, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Bookings

Appointments may be requested through the website form, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed only once we reply with a date and time. For new volume sets and bridal appointments we may request a deposit of RM 50, which is deducted from your treatment price.

2. Cancellations and lateness

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit any deposit paid.
• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late we may need to shorten the treatment or rebook you, as the next guest's time is protected.

3. Patch tests and health

We recommend a complimentary adhesive or tint patch test at least 48 hours before a first appointment, and require one if you disclose a history of reactions. You agree to tell us about eye conditions, recent eye surgery, pregnancy, or allergies before treatment. We may decline or adapt a treatment where we judge it unsafe — this is always a safety decision, never a commercial one.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on the relevant service pages and may change with reasonable notice; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and DuitNow transfer at the studio.

5. Results and aftercare

Lash and brow results vary with natural hair condition, lifestyle and aftercare. Estimated durations given on this site (for example, six to eight weeks for a lash lift) are typical outcomes, not guarantees. Following the aftercare guidance provided at your appointment is part of the deal — see also our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle concerns.

6. Guests under eighteen

Guests under eighteen require a parent or guardian to attend the consultation and remain contactable during treatment.

7. Website use

All text, images and design on learnsmith.my belong to Vella Beauty Studio Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. The site is provided in good faith; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content is general information, not medical advice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a treatment is limited to the price paid for that treatment.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
